To begin with you will need to scan the Site Gateway QR Code which could either be displayed as a poster on site or sent as a URL. Following on, enter the 5 digit access pin which will then require you to select your Company and enter your work Email address, you will now be logged in to the Site Gateway.
Select "View site Inductions" this will filter all of the Inductions for that selected Site, which have been created through the Inductions tab on the portal.
Click on the Induction which is relevant to you and select "Take Induction" you will then be asked to get started.
Here you will need to build your profile and upload any required documentation/ID relevant for that job.
You will then proceed and go through all of the Induction content, this can be managed within the Inductions section of the portal and editing the Induction content.
After reading all of the Induction content you will click next and will be asked to take the Induction test, this is created within the Inductions setting through the portal for that selected site/job.
You will then sign the declaration to confirm that you have completed the Induction and can comply with the Sites safety policy and rules.
To conclude, you will then be emailed a PDF copy of the Induction and be presented with your test results either informing you that you have passed or failed. The Site manager will also be notified and sent a copy of the Induction, However these results will now be available to view in the Inductions section of the Portal.
