Once you have scanned the Site Gateway QR Code and entered the 5 digit access pin, you will then be required to select your Company and enter your work email address which will then present you with this menu.
Select "Submit a permit" which will ask you fill in the permit details which consist of; the permit type, site, area, task and activity description, who the Permit is issued to and how long they want the permit to be valid for.
Once you have submitted the Permit it will then change the status of the Permit to a draft, you will then be required to fill out any details which have been set for that category within the settings tab of the portal, selecting Permit to work categories and into Assignment work flow , followed by submitting the details.
After submitting the permit you will have the option to input a Site Manger which will notify them that the Permit is ready for review.

Next you will need to select "View Permit" which will direct you to the Work Wallet portal into the "Permits to Work" section. This will then allow Site managers to view, sign and activate the Permit.
