When the audit is happening, either on the app or in the portal, press the “Start Audit” button. This will then unlock the questions for adding observations and marking if things have been observed. Add any notes and, when complete, mark the audit as complete to distribute a copy of the document out to those setup when it was created.
Signing an Audit Report
Once an audit has been completed, there is a tab with the options to add a signature (A) for each key role of the audit (Inspector, Company Rep, Site Manager). Either in the app or in the portal, select the relevant “Add Signature” where a box will load allowing you draw a signature. The date is also collected and added to the outputted document.
