The Work Wallet app provides ways to easily conduct your Audit on site, capturing observations and writing notes as you go.
To begin, press the "Add Audit" button either against a site or a job.
This will then take you through step by step a series of questions such as; selecting the type of audit and the audit checklists. You will then start the audit and be presented with the Checklist/Observation screen where you will have the list of questions that you setup beforehand within the settings of the portal.
If you'd like to capture any observations, you can select tap the observations tab, where you can add a general observation and a photo is required.
Once you have completed the checklist/s and any observations you can select "Review Audit", which the Audit will now be complete. You can now collect signatures as required, just tap on the "Add Signature" button where you will then be able to capture a drawing of a signature, within the app.
Once you have collected the required signatures you will then be able to close your Audit.
