When you create a Risk Assessment, you have the option to select who the document should be distributed to. For a Risk Assessment linked to a Job, this information will all be passed through to your Risk Assessment Document automatically.
Risk Assessments will only be distributed when they are marked as complete.
For jobs, your document will be distributed to:
- The Job Manager
- The Team Members
- Any External Contacts
You may add as many external distributions as you need, even if they're internal to your organisation.
